I don't think anyone thinks "I will not" do any of the key initiatives you nailed here. But it's our refusal to make time for them... and to focus during that time... that leads us nowhere. That, and the fear of getting it wrong. What we need to remember is that we can REVISE!!!! We can make a plan, then tweak it as we go along. So, so, so important.
