Sure, social media is a great way to communicate with people, but it&#039;s still WHAT WE SAY that is important and HOW WE SAY IT.  In order to build trust with a client or anyone else for that matter we have to follow principles that have worked for thousands of years.  Let&#039;s not forget that.</description>
