		<description>What a great post, Nancy!  I couldn&#039;t agree more and that&#039;s a perfect takeaway from the LMA Conference.  I heard a lot of &quot;I don&#039;t have time&quot; and &quot;I just don&#039;t/can&#039;t understand that&quot; and I think fear keeps a lot of people from learning what they need to know.  In one of the panels I was in, they said &quot;position your firm, or someone else will position it for you.&quot;  That applies here as well - position yourself, or someone else will do it for you.  I loved what you said, that this is YOUR career and nobody else&#039;s, so take the time to learn about what interests you.  A good reminder to us all that if we&#039;re not moving forward, we&#039;re moving backwards.</description>
